nn55 Terms & Conditions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions shall apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "nn55" / "Platform" means the online casino and sports betting platform operated at nn55.vu and all associated subdomains, mobile interfaces and services provided thereunder.
• "Player" / "User" / "You" means any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the nn55 platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the registered personal account created by a Player on nn55.vu, through which the Player accesses the Platform's services.
• "PKR" means Pakistani Rupee, the primary transaction currency of the nn55 platform for Pakistani players.
• "Bet" / "Wager" means any real-money stake placed on a sports event outcome, casino game, live game or any other wagerable event available on the nn55 platform.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credit, free bet value, free spin equivalent or other non-withdrawable incentive credited to a Player's account by nn55.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity verification process, including CNIC submission, required by nn55 before processing withdrawal requests.
• "Real Money Balance" means PKR funds deposited by the Player from their own financial resources, as distinguished from Bonus Funds.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times Bonus Funds must be wagered before they become eligible for conversion to Real Money Balance and withdrawal.
• "Responsible Gaming Tools" means the deposit limits, session timers, self-exclusion options and cooling-off period features available within a Player's nn55 account settings.

To register a valid nn55 account, you must provide accurate, current and complete information including: a valid Pakistani mobile number, a unique and secure password, and any additional information requested during the registration or KYC process. You represent and warrant that all information you provide to nn55 is truthful, accurate and belongs to you personally.

Each individual Player is permitted to hold one (1) nn55 account only. The creation of multiple accounts — whether under the same name, same mobile number, same CNIC, same device, same IP address, or any combination thereof — is strictly prohibited. nn55 reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and to confiscate any balances held therein without notice.

nn55 is primarily targeted at and designed for Pakistani residents. Players are responsible for ensuring that accessing and using the nn55 platform is lawful in their jurisdiction of residence. nn55 does not accept registrations from residents of jurisdictions where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable national law.

Before processing any withdrawal request, nn55 requires successful completion of KYC verification. This includes submission of a legible copy of your valid Pakistani CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), proof of payment method ownership, and any additional documentation requested by nn55's compliance team. nn55 reserves the right to request KYC documentation at any time during the account lifecycle, including before processing deposits above specified thresholds.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your nn55 account login credentials, including your mobile number, password, and any OTP codes sent to your registered device. You must not share your nn55 account credentials with any other person under any circumstances.

nn55 will never request your password via SMS, email, live chat, or any other communication channel. Any communication purporting to be from nn55 that requests your password is fraudulent — you should report it to our support team immediately and change your password without delay.

You agree to notify nn55 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to your account or any security breach involving your login credentials. nn55 accepts no liability for losses resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.

nn55 implements industry-standard SSL encryption on all pages and all data transmissions. Notwithstanding these technical measures, the security of your account is also dependent on your own conduct — nn55 cannot be held responsible for breaches attributable to your disclosure of credentials or use of compromised devices.

nn55 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods for Pakistani players: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL (Habib Bank Limited), UBL (United Bank Limited), Meezan Bank, Raast, 1LINK, and select cryptocurrency networks. nn55 reserves the right to add, modify or remove accepted payment methods at any time with reasonable notice to Players where operationally feasible.

All deposits must be made from a payment account or wallet that is registered in your own name and matches the identity information on your nn55 account. Third-party deposits — where the funding source does not belong to the Player — are strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension and refund of funds to the originating payment source.

Minimum deposit amounts and any applicable processing fees are specified in the nn55 Cashier section and may be updated from time to time. Deposits are generally credited to your PKR balance within the time frames specified in the Cashier, subject to payment network processing times.

Withdrawals may only be made to payment methods in your own name that match your KYC-verified identity. nn55 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts. Before your first withdrawal, you must complete KYC verification including CNIC submission. Withdrawal requests submitted before KYC completion will be held pending verification.

nn55 aims to process verified withdrawal requests within the time frames stated in the Cashier section. Processing times may vary depending on payment method, time of day, and any additional security or verification checks required under our AML procedures.

All transactions on nn55 for Pakistani players are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Where a deposit is received in a different currency, nn55 will convert it to PKR at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of processing. nn55 bears no responsibility for losses arising from currency fluctuations where a Player deposits or withdraws in a currency other than PKR.

All bets placed on nn55 are subject to these Terms, any specific rules applicable to the sport, market or game type in question, and any additional rules published in the nn55 sports betting or casino sections. Where a conflict exists between these Terms and a specific game or sport rule, the specific rule shall prevail for that particular bet or game.

nn55 reserves the right to refuse, limit or cancel any bet at its absolute discretion without being required to provide a reason. This includes situations where nn55 believes a bet has been placed in error, where a bet exceeds published limits, where there is evidence of price manipulation, or where nn55 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity.

Where nn55 publishes incorrect odds, incorrect game parameters or any other manifest error, nn55 reserves the right to void all bets placed at such incorrect odds or parameters and to refund the original stake amounts to the Player's balance. nn55 is not obligated to honour bets placed under clearly erroneous conditions.

In-play betting markets are offered at nn55 subject to real-time odds fluctuations. Bets placed on live markets are accepted at the odds displayed at the precise time of acceptance by the nn55 platform — not the odds displayed at the time of placing the bet on your device, which may differ due to network latency. Bets on live events are final once confirmed by the system.

All Random Number Generator (RNG) based games available on nn55 — including slots, virtual table games and instant win games — are operated using certified RNG systems that have been independently tested and verified to ensure genuinely random and fair outcomes within the stated Return to Player (RTP) parameters for each game.

All bonuses, free bets, free spins and promotional credits offered by nn55 are subject to specific terms and conditions that are published alongside each individual promotion. These specific promotion terms form part of these Terms and are to be read together with this Section 6. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and a promotion-specific term, the promotion-specific term shall prevail for that promotion.

Unless stated otherwise in a specific promotion's terms, all Bonus Funds credited to a Player's account are subject to wagering requirements that must be satisfied before Bonus Funds can be converted to Real Money Balance and withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier, eligible game contributions, minimum odds requirements and time limits for each bonus are specified in the individual promotion terms.

nn55 strictly prohibits bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim welcome bonuses more than once; using hedging strategies to lock in low-risk or guaranteed profits from bonus funds; coordinating with other players to exploit bonus terms; or any other strategy intended to extract value from bonuses in a manner contrary to their intended purpose. Where bonus abuse is detected, nn55 reserves the right to void bonus funds and associated winnings, restrict access to future promotions, and/or suspend the relevant account.

All Bonus Funds carry an expiry period as specified in the individual promotion terms. Unused or unconverted Bonus Funds will be removed from a Player's account upon expiry without notice. Real Money Balance is not affected by bonus expiry.

nn55 is committed to providing a safe and responsible gambling environment. Gambling is intended as a form of entertainment — it should never be used as a means to generate income, to recover financial losses, or as a coping mechanism for personal difficulties.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all nn55 Players from within the Account Settings section:

• Deposit Limits: Set a maximum daily, weekly or monthly PKR deposit limit. Limits can be lowered at any time with immediate effect. Requests to increase a deposit limit are subject to a mandatory 24-hour cooling-off period before taking effect.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure notifications that alert you when you have been actively using the nn55 platform for a set duration. These reminders are designed to encourage mindful gambling behaviour.
• Cooling-Off Period: Request a temporary suspension of your nn55 account for a defined period (minimum 24 hours). During a cooling-off period, you will not be able to log in, deposit, or place bets. nn55 will not send promotional communications to your account during this period.
• Self-Exclusion: Request permanent or long-term exclusion from the nn55 platform. Self-exclusion takes effect across all devices immediately upon processing by nn55. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the nn55 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balance and, where appropriate, reporting to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account on nn55, regardless of the method used to circumvent detection.
• Providing false, misleading or incomplete information during registration, KYC, or any other stage of account use.
• Using the nn55 platform while under 21 years of age.
• Using funds obtained through illegal means to fund your nn55 account, or using nn55 for any money laundering purpose.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence or any other technological aid to place bets, access games, or otherwise interact with the nn55 platform in a manner not available to standard human users.
• Colluding with other players in live casino or poker formats, or engaging in any form of cheating, manipulation or exploitation of game vulnerabilities.
• Attempting to exploit software errors, system vulnerabilities, pricing errors or other technical malfunctions to gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in bonus abuse, matched betting from promotional funds, or any systematic exploitation of promotional terms contrary to their intended purpose.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing nn55 staff, support agents, or other platform users through any communication channel.
• Accessing the nn55 platform via a VPN, proxy or other IP-masking service in a manner intended to circumvent geographic restrictions or security controls.

All content published on the nn55 platform — including but not limited to the nn55 brand name, logos, trademarks, trade names, website design, interface layout, graphics, text, software, game assets, promotional materials and data compilations — is the exclusive property of nn55 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the nn55 platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include any right to: copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, display, modify, translate, reverse-engineer, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any nn55 content or the platform itself, without the prior written consent of nn55.

Any unauthorised use of nn55's intellectual property may result in immediate termination of your account and may give rise to civil or criminal liability.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, nn55, its directors, officers, employees, agents, licensors and service providers shall not be liable to you or any third party for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary or punitive damages — including loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption — arising out of or in connection with your use of the nn55 platform, whether based on contract, tort, statutory duty or any other legal theory, even if nn55 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Without limiting the foregoing, nn55 shall not be liable for:

• Any failure or interruption of the nn55 platform due to technical malfunctions, network outages, maintenance activities or events beyond nn55's reasonable control.
• Any losses resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.
• Any losses arising from bets placed in error by you, including bets placed under a misunderstanding of the applicable rules or odds.
• Any failure of third-party payment providers — including JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL or any other payment service — to process transactions in a timely or accurate manner.
• Any indirect losses attributable to your reliance on information published on the nn55 platform.

Nothing in these Terms shall operate to exclude or limit nn55's liability for fraud, gross negligence, wilful misconduct, death or personal injury caused by nn55's negligence, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

nn55 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close your account at any time, with or without prior notice, for reasons including but not limited to: breach of these Terms; suspected or confirmed fraudulent activity; suspected money laundering or violation of AML procedures; regulatory requirement; failure to complete KYC within a specified period; or commercial viability decisions.

Where an account is closed by nn55 for reasons not attributable to Player misconduct, any verified Real Money Balance held in the account at the time of closure will be refunded to the Player via their verified payment method within a reasonable period. Bonus Funds are not refundable under any circumstances.

You may request the closure of your nn55 account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat. Before processing a closure request, nn55 will verify your identity and confirm any pending withdrawal or bonus wagering status. Verified Real Money Balance will be paid out to your verified payment method before closure is finalised.

Upon termination of your account — whether by nn55 or upon your request — your right to access and use the nn55 platform ceases immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall remain in effect, including Sections 8, 9, 10, and 13.

nn55 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where a material change is made to these Terms, nn55 will provide notice to affected Players via SMS to their registered mobile number and/or via a notice on the nn55 platform no less than seven (7) days before the amended Terms take effect, except where a change is required urgently to comply with a legal or regulatory requirement.

Your continued use of the nn55 platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms in their entirety. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must discontinue use of the nn55 platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 11.2.

The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the date on which these Terms were most recently reviewed and updated. We recommend that Players review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any changes.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable under nn55's international gaming license framework. Nothing in this Section affects any non-excludable statutory rights available to you under applicable Pakistani consumer protection legislation.

If you have a complaint regarding any aspect of the nn55 platform, service, or the application of these Terms, you should first contact nn55's customer support team via live chat or via email at [email protected]. nn55 aims to resolve all complaints within five (5) business days from the date of receipt. Complex disputes may require additional time — you will be kept informed of the status of your complaint during the resolution process.

Where a complaint is not resolved to your satisfaction by nn55's internal complaints procedure, you may have the right to escalate the matter to the dispute resolution body or regulatory authority applicable under nn55's licensing framework.
